Hey guys! Welcoming us into July is a newly released track from the emotional and powerful ‘OCEANDVST’ and their single “Dead End Hope”.
Beautifully serenading us with an introduction that just surrounds our minds with an eloquent melody, the guitars drawing us in with that clean and crisp picking pattern. Adding in with the powerhouse vocals and accompanying soundscapes until we get to the Pre-Verse that just fills us with anticipation of what the chorus holds.
With a strike of pure grit, the drums punch us right into the chorus reminding us of that 2003 Pop Punk/Emo era straight away. ‘OCEANDVST’ takes inspirations from bands such as: Spiritbox, Evanescence and Caskets and you can hear the influences within their music.

Then out of the blue, they flawlessly execute a heavy, riff filled breakdown in the bridge that crashes right into your ears forcing you to have a little moshpit wherever you are.
