This Misery is Gourmet – Bangkitan

New Kids on the Block ‘Bangkitan’ have just released their second single and wow have they exceeded our standards!

‘This Misery is Gourmet’ is a Mixture of emotions which sends a powerful meaning of the different challenges of addiction, taking accountability for your actions but also self forgiveness. It really tells you how the band and the members themselves have matured over the years.

The song kicks off with a clean, crisp guitar, diving straight into a chorus that hits you like a ton of bricks. It hooks you right from the start and doesn’t let go. Then, it switches gears to a stripped-down verse, with powerful vocals leading the way. These guys really get what their fans want. When that chorus hits, you can feel the raw emotion and passion they poured into it.

And guess what? They’ve been tearing it up at hometown shows, earning rave reviews. So, if you see them on a lineup, don’t miss out—they’ll blow you away!

Oh, and don’t forget to check out their other track, “Jane Doe.” If you’re into Movements, Knuckle Puck, or Modern Rock Fusions, you’ll love it!
