Israel based, symphonic metalcore band Venice Revive have recently released a new track called ‘Evolution’.
Venice Revive are a new band to the metalcore scene, having only started in 2023, and boy have they released some absolute bangers since then!
Their sound mixes old school Metalcore with more of the modern sound, which includes catchy riffs with technical guitar work. Throughout their discography you’ll hear different genres like, thrash, heavy & groove metal as they try to mix and use their different music tastes and creative output to create their unique metalcore sound.
‘Evolution’ features Itay Shabat of Neophobia, and is dedicated to the resilience of the human spirit and is a personal tribute to lead vocalist, Omer’s late father.
Omer elaborated on this by saying,
“The lyrics describe how the human race managed to face everything nature threw at it, but not just survived, it also evolved through it. But the real meaning is about my dad, how he had a successful life even with severe heart problems and multiple open heart surgeries with less than 10% survival rate before the age of 10”.
The track starts with a punchy guitar riff and vocals that are very enticing, making you really want to listen to more of the track. With insanely awesome ‘metalcore drops’ and breakdowns throughout this track is going to be a big track for Venice Revive, and one that will resonate with fans for years to come.
Venice Revive have smashed into the metalcore scene with some force since forming last year, and I would highly recommend checking out their entire discography, you won’t be disappointed!
